DeliveryWe aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are Out of Stock we will send the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source your item we will contact you to inform you.
Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy If you have simply changed
your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return
it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR)
you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within
7 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and
must be 'as new' when returned to us. (see below for details). Distance Selling Regulations
do not apply to orders placed by business customers.
To exercise your right
of cancellation, you must give written notice to us
by email giving details of the goods ordered
and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by
phone is not sufficient.
Except in the case of dead on arrival
or mis-described goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation
after the goods have been delivered to you, you will have
to bear the cost for returning the goods to us.
Unwanted products will
be taken back within 7 working days of purchase so long
as they are in pristine condition, the package is
unopened and no seals have been broken. If you are
sending the goods back to us, you are responsible that
the goods arrive at our premises in the state as
described above. All goods are inspected on arrival and
refunds will not be issued if the goods are not in this
condition. They must be in a "re-saleable as new" condition and
must be returned to us at your expense. We will refund the total amount
paid for the goods, less any delivery and collection charges,
within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
If the products are not faulty but have been opened and used, they will be deemed to be "not re-saleable as new", in which case we will only take them back into stock using our discretion. Should we agree to take the products back into stock, a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the products, but subject to a minimum fee of £30, will apply.
In the case of mis-described goods, we will, after receiving
notification in writing, either
collect the goods from you or ask you to return the goods
yourself and possibly refund you a reasonable postage costs.
In the case of faulty or dead on arrival goods, the manufacturer's warranty will take precedence over any other warranty. We will therefore, in the first instance either call the manufacturer on your behalf or refer you directly to the manufacturer. All further actions will be taken in line with the manufacturer's advice and instructions.
We will refund or re-credit you any sums due within 30 days of receipt
of returned items.
